“I enjoy helping homebuyers make educated decisions about their homes.  Since early childhood, I have been fascinated with mechanical systems, how they work, and the science behind them.  I am also passionate about historic buildings and enjoy studying their design and construction methods.  As a homeowner, I understand the importance of home maintenance and recognizing all the potential hazards in and around the home.”  

Prior to becoming a home inspector, Jeff was a music educator, arranger, and adjudicator.  Twenty years of critiquing young musicians served to strengthen his natural aptitude for observation and analysis.  He is an avid craftsman, fabricator, and home improvement enthusiast. In addition to being a licensed home inspector, he is a licensed commercial drone pilot and created the website for Chris D.. Hilton and Associates.  Jeff, his wife Karen, and their two boys enjoy spending time exploring the southeast in their tiny camper.
