WHO WE ARE

Josh became interested in becoming a home inspector and was introduced to Chris Hilton through his mother-in-law, our top referring agent.  With Chris’ expert guidance and mentorship, he received his training at the Home Inspector Training Center in Burlington, NC.  Josh’s youth and energy have been an invaluable asset to Chris Hilton and Associates.  As a trained high voltage lineman, Josh is comfortable with heights, hot attics, and even tight crawl spaces!  He has experience in construction and landscaping, which allows him to bring a unique perspective to his inspection work.  Josh and his wife, Olivia, are currently in the process of renovating their historic home, built in 1886.  We are thankful to have him as part of our growing team!
